As a dedicated Craniosacral and Massage Therapist in East Cork, I approach the body as a whole, respecting your individual pace. These terms ensure a professional, safe, and respectful environment for both the therapist and our clients.

1. Holistic Services & Medical Disclaimer

• Complementary Care: The Craniosacral Therapy and Massage sessions offered are holistic and complementary practices intended to support physical and emotional release and overall wellbeing.
• Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment: These therapies are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are always advised to consult a qualified medical doctor for any specific health concerns or medical conditions.
• Individual Results: Experience, technique, and compassion are my main tools. However, every body is unique, and responses to therapy may vary.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

To respect the time dedicated to your healing journey and to ensure smooth operations, the following rules apply:

• Appointments: All sessions must be booked in advance via our official booking channels.
• Cancellation Window: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend a session without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full price of the session.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of consideration for the next client.

3. Client Responsibilities & Health Disclosure

Your safety is paramount. Before or during your first session, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, medical history, and physical condition. It is your responsibility to update the therapist on any changes to your health status in future sessions.

4. Custom Packages & Wellness Retreats

If your session is booked as part of a custom package or a wellness retreat in East Cork, specific deposit, payment, and cancellation terms outlined at the time of the agreement will apply and take precedence over the standard booking policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, text designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of CranioSacral Therapy Cork and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written consent.

6. Liability

CranioSacral Therapy Cork and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any psychological or physical changes, reactions, or consequences that occur during or after the therapy sessions, provided the therapy was conducted with professional care and in accordance with standard practice guidelines.
